Fast checkout on your phone or computer

The NHA-CONTA checkout is built for the counter: search a product by name or scan its barcode, choose how the customer pays and hand over the receipt. Every sale updates your stock and goes into the end-of-day close.

What you can do

• Barcode scanning

  Use a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or your phone camera. A product can have more than one barcode.

• Several payment methods

  Cash, bank transfer, Mobile Money and store credit. A sale can be split across methods, and the change is calculated for you.

• Printed or WhatsApp receipt

  Print the receipt on a thermal printer or send it to the customer on WhatsApp.

• Opening and closing the till

  Each cashier opens the till with a starting float and closes it at the end of the shift, with the total for each payment method.

• Returns and cancellations

  Take back products or cancel a sale with the reason recorded. The stock goes back automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy a barcode scanner?

No. You can scan with your phone camera or search products by name. A USB or Bluetooth scanner just makes checkout faster.

Can I sell on store credit at the checkout?

Yes. Choose the customer and the sale goes on their account, within the credit limit you set for them.
